Krueng Geukueh - SVP of Finance of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda Syahrul Kamal, representing management, received a visit from PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) SVP of Strategic Marketing Kartina Wahyu Wiyati and staff on Tuesday (16/02/2021).
The agenda of the visit is in order to directly review the preparation of products and infrastructure for non-subsidized bulk urea fertilizer export activities. On this occasion Kartina said that PIM urea products must be widely marketed.
Non-subsidized urea export activities can be carried out after a coordination meeting regarding the availability and demand for fertilizer in the country and considering the proposal from PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero).
Syahrul Kamal stated that PT PIM is ready to export non-subsidized bulk urea fertilizer in March 2021.
"In terms of infrastructure and products, PT PIM is ready to carry out export sales," explained Kamal.
With the non-subsidized urea export activities, it is hoped that it can strengthen PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda's position in the industrial and agricultural sectors.
