    Graduated from The Faculty of Industrial Technology of The Bandung Institute of Technology in 1980. MBA graduate in Marketing Management Scope, University of Bridgeport in 1999.
    Career starts in 1981 as staff of The Industrial Research Center, Industrial Research and Development Institute of The Department of Industry, and has had several promotion since then :

    • 1984 : Unit Head of Inventory and Identification of Technology, Institute for Industrial Research and Development.
    • 1994 : Head of Resources Research and Development Center, Small Industrial Development Institute.
    • 1998 : Head of Analysis Center for Small business and Industry, Institute for Research and Development of Industry and Trade.
    • 2001 : President Commissioner of PT PIM (Since 15 July 2001).
    • 2002 : Director of Downstream Chemical Industry, Directorate-General of Chemical Industry, Agriculture and Civil Culture.
    • 2004 : Director-General of Chemical Industry, Agriculture and Civil Culture.

    Obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1975 and his Master’s Degree in International Management and Finance in ST-PPM Jakarta in 1997.

    Career start with PT Pupuk Kujang, Cikampek as Assistant Superintendent and in 2001 as President Director.

    Born in Banda Aceh, on March 31, 1956.
    Obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural socio-economics from Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh 1981, MA. Sociology, Ateneo de Manila University, Manila, Philippines and PhD Sociology, Kansas State University, USA.

    Active as one of the pioneer of democracy and environment, he jointly established a human rights foundation, promoted civil society movements for democracy and took a leading position in environmental activism through several organization in including the Leuser International Foundation.

    • 1996 – 2000, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Aceh.
    • 1998 – 2006, Founding of Care for Human Rights Foundation.
    • 1998 – 2004, Chairman of Aceh Chapter for Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association.
    • 2000 – 2001, Chairman of the Advisory Board on the program for Humanitarian Relief to the Governor of Aceh.
      This organization is focused on the protection and rehabilitation of victims of the Aceh conflict
    • February 2005 – present, Chairman of the Aceh Recovery Forum
      This body is a bridge or interface between Aceh civil society, the Government and Donors. It was a major force in supporting the establishment of the BRR.
    • July 2005 – present, Member of Multi Donor Fund for the reconstruction of Aceh and Nias
      Attend and advise on all donor meetings concerning funding for reconstruction.
    • May 2005 – 2009 Member of Steering Committee for Aceh and Nias Reconstruction Authority.
    • Rural Sociology Professor at Syiah Kuala University.
    • January 2011 – present, as Commissioner PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda.

    • In 2007 – 2010 as Commercial and Finance Director of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda
    • In 2010 – (present) as Finance Director at PT PUSRI (Persero) and concurrently as Commissioner at PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda.

    Graduated from Mining Faculty of National Development University, Yogyakarta in 1985. Master of Economics (ME) in Planning and Public Policy, University of Indonesia in 2006 and Master of Art (MA) in International Relation, Gajahmada University in 2009. Career start in 1986 as staff of Directorate of Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and has had several promotion since then :

    • 2004 : Head of General Bureau of Secretariat General Of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
    • 2005 : Secretary for Directorate General of Mineral, Coal and Geothermal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
    • 2007 : Head of Data and Information Center Of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
    • 2010 : Head of Center for Geological Resources, Geological Agency, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
