   Born in Blitar, East Java, in 1952

   Graduated from Brawijaya University in 1977.M.A. in Management from IPPM Jakarta. Career start with PT Semen Baturaja as Logistic Staff in 1977 and in 1983 as Finance Director.

   • Staff of Finance Director PT Pupuk Kaltim.
   • 1984 Manager of Administration and Accounting PT Pupuk Kaltim.
   • Manager of Finance and Budget PT Pupuk Kaltim.
   • Corporate Secretary PT Pupuk Kaltim.
   • Head of Finance and Administration Department PT Pupuk Kaltim.
   • 2001 - 2007 Finance and Commercial Director PT PIM.
2. Ir. Lili Djadjuli (Direktur Produksi, Teknik dan Pengembangan)

   Born in Garut, West Java, in 1953

   Graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology of The Bandung Institute of Technology in 1978. Career start as staff of the Technical Process Division of PT. INCO Soroako Sulawesi Selatan in 1979. Thereafter Consultant of the Technical Process Division in 1982 and has several promotions since then:

   • 1983 - Staff of Engineering Process Division PT Rekayasa Industry.
   • 1987 - Supervisor of Mechanical Processes PT Kaltim III Project Bontang, East Kalimantan.
   • 1989 - Head of Machine Consultancy Service Department.
   • 1995 - Head of Chemical and Petrochemical Division.
   • 1998 - Project Manager of PIM-2 Lhokseumawe, Aceh.
   • 2004 - Development and Technology Director, PT PIM (since July 15, 2004).

   Born in Jakarta, in 1965

   He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy, from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara, Jakarta in 1986 and Bachelor of Business from The University of Wisconsin, USA in 1989.

   He experienced over 18 years in the Consumer Banking business, with 15 years of them in the Credit Card Business in Foreign Banks, Private Bank, State Banks and National :

   • (1990) ABN Amro Bank
   • (1991-1996) Citibank NA as General Administration Dept Head Consumer Banking
   • (1996-1997) Rabobank Duta Indonesia as General Admin. And Accounting Manager
   • (1997-2000) BNI 46 - in Card Business Division as Quality Assurance / User Coordinator Dept. Mgr
   • (2001-2008) Danamon in Card and Unsecured Loan Division as: Quality Assurance Mgr, Debit and Prepaid Card Business Head, Unsecured Card Product Marketing Head, Special Project Head, Strategic Development Manager
   • (2008-2010) PT Value Data Indonesia, as Managing Director
   • (2010) Become Commercial Director of PT PIM since 12 November 2010.

   Born in Peureulak, Aceh, in 1958

   Graduated from IPB (Bogor Institute of Agriculture) in 1982, Magister Management of Indonesia University in 2000. Career start as Foreman of communication of Public Relation Bureau in PIM, and then occupied for several position in PIM :

   • (1991-1994) Head of Agribusiness Research of R&D
   • (1994-2000) Head of Management System R&D
   • (2001-2002) Head of Marketing Dept.
   • (2002-2004) Head of Logistic Bureau
   • (2005-2010) Corporate Secretary
   • (2010) Become HRD & General Affair Director of PIM since 12 November 2010.

Peran utama Dewan Direksi mengelola kegiatan operasional dengan menciptakan strategi dan kebijakan perusahaan agar dapat mencapai Visi Perusahaan.

Dewan Direksi melaksanakan pengelolaan perusahaan secara profesional dengan mengacu kepada prinsip-prinsip tatakelola perusahaan yang baik dan senantiasa berupaya agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
