Starting in 2011, PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda is preparing the Integrated Management System, which includes systems in all business processes. The expectation is that the implementation of this Integrated Management System to be done in 2012.

Preparation & implementation of Integrated Management System is done in stages, starting with consistently integrating Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) to achieve the Company’s Vision “to become a reputable company specializes in fertilizer and other petrochemicals that has superior qualities to be able to compete both at domestic and international levels”, with commitments as listed below:

  1. Ensuring customer satisfaction with the target of 6R (six rights), namely: the right quality, right quantity, right time, right price, right place and the right type in order to achieve the corporate mission.
  2. To prevent environmental pollution that can cause significant damage, by controlling: air emissions, wastewater and solid waste and also noise.
  3. To prevent accidents and occupational diseases as well as property damages by doing effective control of the potential hazards at each company's activities in order to create a safe working culture.
  4. To abide the existing regulations, and inculcate the company's work culture in each and every employee, namely: Thinking, Working, Praying, and Thankful.
  5. Take an active role in Corporate Social Responsibility in a sustainable manner.
  6. To effectively and efficiently implement and optimize IT to support the company's business process efficiency, and to implement IT governance policies in IT resources management in addition to supporting the implementation of GCG.
  7. To protect the company from major risks that could hinder company’s objectives achievement by implementing risk management as well as to become the source of competitive advantage and company’s performance excellence.

This policy has been communicated to all employees, partners, and suppliers to be understood and is also available to other parties in need. Its effectiveness is reviewed periodically at least once a year.
