PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda has implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a reference in doing business activities which are based on the principals of Transparency, Independency, Accountability, Responsibility, and Fairness.

PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda maintain the continued efforts to complete and fix the practical implementation of GCG, which includes commitment, structure, and GCG process aspects in the corporation’s main and supporting organs, as well as the aspect of relationship management with other parties, resulting in the company’s ability to achieve a good performance and to survive the impact of financial crisis that can happen at any time.

Code of Conduct, owned since 2007, is one of the important elements in the GCG’s implementation framework, which outlines the principals for PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda on how to behave as a company, and also for the Commissioner members, Directors, as well as Employees in carrying out their respective duties, responsibilities, and authorities.
